Come out and celebrate, responsibly, the 2021 Winter Season and the 40th Anniversary of the 32nd Street Farmers Market!
Starting fresh in 2021, we have reopened the portion of 32nd Street East of Brentwood to vehicular traffic (see new map below.) This final stage of the Market Expansion is a collaborative effort with Waverly Main Street, Council District 14, and the Greenmount Corridor to allow for the installation of the upcoming Design for Distancing Parklet on the Waverly Commons and continue our Safety Measures during COVID19. Check out the soon to be revised Programs page for updates & Details!
We’ve come a long way and have evolved over the past 4 decades, so please continue to support our Community-Based Market and all its endeavors to provide you with a Safer, Fresh & Local, Shopping Experience!
Founded in 1980, the Market is a non-profit organization offering baked goods, produce, fruit, prepared foods, and flowers to patrons from all economic, social, and ethnic backgrounds.
Our Market mission is to provide a vehicle for independent vendors to survive large agribusiness competition, while making available a variety of produce, meat, bread, and plant selections to an under-served city community. Our vendors provide an opportunity for farmers to sell their products directly to the public, and for the public to benefit from access to fresh food that they would not otherwise have available to them in the immediate area. All funds collected from Market vendor spaces fees and membership donations are put toward market expenses. Any profits after expenses are paid are donated back to the community in the form of annual grants to local nonprofits.
The Farmers Market is located in the parking lot at the intersection of E 32nd Street and Barclay Street in Baltimore, MD.

SNAP (Formerly food stamp) participants will swipe their cards and receive $1 tokens in exchange to spend at qualifying vendors.
Any customer will be able to swipe a debit or credit card in multiples of $5 for a small convenience fee of $1.50 and receive $5 tokens that can be spent anywhere and for which cash change can be given.
We love your dogs too, but as per Baltimore City health regulations, please keep them home. Per Article 10, Section 101, subsection I, paragraph 1 of Maryland law, any owner leaving a dog tied up and unattended on or around the market can be ticketed by the police.
